Wendy is one of the best trainers that I have ever had! She is always very concerned about my health. She instructs me on how to eat healthy, so that I can feel and look better. She is a loving, patient, and knowledgeable trainer. She teaches me to never give up, and pushes me to keep going! I thank GOD for bringing her into my life!
